We build for a single discipline: smooth board-formed concrete, exposed formwork left honest and unhidden, and open air drawn into the heart of the home. Every plane is a decision. Nothing is applied; everything is structural.
Where most residential developers chase ornament, we pursue silence — rooms shaped so precisely that the only decoration is the light moving across the wall through the course of a day. Concrete holds that light the way nothing else can: cool in the morning, warm at dusk, never the same hour twice.
The Ando Collection is not a floor plan repeated. It is a series of singular editions, each one numbered, each one built to bring the gallery indoors.
Each townhouse is logged by address and unit sequence. One address may hold more than a single edition.
